Themed desserts are my passion, as every function has a different theme, and with no rules, go overboard with creating ingenious creations to compliment any dessert. The dessert is "the cherry on top" of any meal, and it can be designed to bring in the theme, to create height, to be abstract, unique, often colourful and totally mind blowing.

It is the only item on the menu that can create the "WOW" effect, the ooo's and aaah's! The talking point!
